Job Overview

We are looking for a results-driven sales professional to secure brand deals, partnerships, and sponsorships for our influencers, while also selling our creative and production services to businesses. The ideal candidate should have a strong network in the marketing, advertising, media, and creative industries, with a proven ability to generate revenue and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

• Identify and pitch influencer marketing collaborations, TVC production, printing, creative ideation, and label services to brands, agencies, and organizations.

• Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

• Engage potential clients, including brands, marketing agencies, PR firms, and businesses needing creative services.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Negotiation & Deal Closing

• Lead contract negotiations to ensure profitable partnerships.

• Create tailored proposals that address client needs across influencer marketing and creative services.

Market Research & Industry Insights

• Stay updated on advertising trends, creative production demands, and influencer marketing shifts.

• Identify new business opportunities within the Nigerian and global marketing ecosystem.

Requirements

• Proven track record in sales, business development, or brand partnerships (preferably in advertising, media, influencer marketing, or creative production).

• Strong network in brands, marketing agencies, and advertising firms.

• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and deal-closing skills.

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet revenue targets.
